Customer information:
1. Free shipping for purchases over HK$500 at Fans Mall, except for remote areas (outlying islands).
( Note: Free shipping will be offered when the total amount is over HK$500 after deducting the coupon or discount )
2. Due to the Covid 19, orders will be delivered within 7-14 days of acceptance (except for specific orders).
3. If you are purchasing an item that is part of preorder type, we will send it all together.
4. If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, you must contact our customer service within 2 days.
5. We do not combine orders due to the automatic processing of orders.
6. No refunds will be accepted after an order has been placed.
7. In accordance with the replacement policy of individual suppliers, if the items ordered by the customer are faulty, defective or damaged (through no fault of the customer), or if the goods were not ordered by the customer, or if the quantity delivered is incorrect, a replacement can be requested by contacting Customer Service within 48 hours of the date of receipt of the goods.
8. The packaging must be in the same condition as when the item was delivered to the customer.
