A: Unless otherwise stated, all products on Fans Mall are in stock and we will notify customers immediately if the products are already out of stock.

Q:How do I confirm my order after using Payme to process the payment?
A:After the Payment, please take a screenshot and upload the completed transaction image to the website for the the order confirmation.
Q: Do Fans Mall accept Cash on Delivery?
A: We do not accept cash on delivery. You need to pay in advance on our website and have your order delivered to your address.
Q: I don't know why my credit card payment is not successful, what should I do?
A: If you are on the payment page, there is a chance that the payment will not be successful. Please feel free to place a new order or contact us.

Q: How do I get my order delivered?
A: We currently offer the following delivery services: Pick up at store / S.F. Express
Q: Is there a delivery charge?
A: Delivery fee is automatically waived for orders over HK$500 after deducting the purchase price or discount.
Q: Can I change the delivery address if I place an order online?
A: If you would like to change your delivery address, please contact Customer Service within 2 days of placing your order.

About Returns
Q: Can I return an item after I have purchased it?
A: No refunds will be accepted after the order has been placed. In accordance with individual supplier's replacement policy, if the item ordered is faulty, defective or damaged (through no fault of the customer), or if the item was not ordered by the customer, or if the quantity delivered is incorrect, a replacement can be requested by contacting Customer Service within 48 hours of the date of receipt. The packaging must be in the same condition as when it was delivered to the customer.
